Rushed service. Had to go there for three times for a specific photo requirement ad they rushed me and did not follow the instructions Do not go there if you're international and need a visa/passport/application related photos.
This is my fave shop in the city to have my scans done! Being new to film, it's been a journey trying to find a shop that is nearby while also being quick, reliable, and friendly, and Annex Photo does all that and more. I always have lovely conversations with the staff here, often about the films they use and recommend. Great for baby passport photos.
I’m sure the place has helpful people working, however the last 3 times I’ve been in has been unpleasant, the workers were disinterested and not capable of wanting to help. ‘Twas my last time.
Their turnaround time is amazing.
