I had a very disappointing experience with Annex Photo and feel it's important to share what happened. Last week, I brought a film camera to the store to have a roll of film developed. I explained to the staff that I had accidentally cut the film while rewinding it, and that the film was still inside the camera. The staff member told me she would need to remove it in the darkroom. Kind staff, efficient and good service always
Annex Photo is the BEST!! Whenever we go in Abram patiently guides us through printing off pictures…we have no idea how to do it ourselves, but he is so, so helpful that the job gets done. He is pleasant, helpful, efficient. We ONLY use Annex Photo. And they have a very good selection of frames.
