We started out using the services from Annex primarily for gopher control in 2018. However, we quickly switched to local termite services, then inspections and fumigation. Now we use their services for all of our pest and termite needs. They are easy to communicate with, they take notes when scheduling with our tenants, they are very knowledgeable and we value our long relationship with them as they are honest and won't waste time and money on something they know won't work.
