They called and confirmed an appointment any time after 3, however 24hrs later the receptionist told me it was canceled because now they are busy and it was supposed to be at 3 sharp. Communicate better if you are only offering an specific time for it, don't waste people's time.
I was just there for an ultrasound. The technician Nasim Najafian, was very rude and she didn’t speak any English. She didn’t understand my questions and she kept on saying no she put too much gel on my body and she only gave me a little piece of tissue to clean it up. She was very rude and she hushed me out of the examination room was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend this place. At least we need to have technicians who speaks English or understand. Our country is really not doing well.
The clinic is very well- organized and supportive. I came with my wife who is also a senior and has trouble walking and the staffs provide us with the full support. Highly recommend since it's very convenient and time flexible
Most amazing, friendly clinic. Staffs and Techs are so nice and productive. Had my ultrasounds and Xray done couple times, they always make me feel welcome
