I just moved in on the 1st of August. The whole experience has been great. When process started the communication was absolutely the best compared to my last place which stunk. The ladies are very friendly and helpful during the process. The property is very nice and quiet.
The maintenance and leasing office have been great at responding to any issues/concerns I have had with our apartment. They have been able to handle any issues either within the same day or the next business day. They are great at communicating and updating the resident app when maintenance has been completed as well as adding their comments to the request. (Highly recommend working with Delilah as a leasing agent, she was nothing but kind and supportive when we applied for the apartment and after we moved in)

Service is on point and super friendly people
We had a very bad experience. The apartment was in very poor condition. The appliances were broken and couldn't be fixed. The ceilings leaked. If you went to the pool, there were always a lot of people drinking, partying, and loud music, which meant your kids couldn't enjoy the pool. Also, at the end of the month, when you had to pay rent, they would add phantom charges to your payroll on the last day. If you paid that same day, they would fine you $150, even though it was their mistake. The office staff was very rude.
