I really like these apartments. Have stayed in them two different times and it’s been the best for a good price. Maintenance fixes any issue I’ve had right away. Staff is very nice always. Been a great stay recommended these to any one.
I’ve been without air conditioning in my apartment for over a month, and despite multiple complaints, management has done nothing to fix it. They keep saying they’re waiting on parts, but meanwhile, the heat is unbearable. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone: the lack of maintenance and the indifference from the management team are unacceptable. The receptionist at the front office, who has black hair, treats tenants poorly and is very disrespectful. I’m in the building 20
UPDATE!!!!! JUME 23, 2026 Things have gotten MUCH better. Staff really makes an effort to fix issues when they are aware of them. The girls in the office are GREAT!!! They have really made an effort to make this a great community. The appartwments ARE old, and I think a little over priced for the age of the place, however....the girls in the office are super, they make you feel heard and understood when it comes to any issues. I have only great things to say about the front office, and the maintenance crew!!!!
