I’ve been here since April 19, 2026 and have encountered nothing but people that are Kind and full of Grace! From office staff and maintenance…to the residents! This is a good place to reside! Thomas T
So been here for about 4 months now. I enjoy my peace and I get that here. The ladies in the front are super nice and super sweet. They communicate well and are very understanding. The ceilings are a little hollow but other than that I've been enjoying my stay.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO LIVE !!! I had a $300 pair of designer sunglasses STOLEN out of my home by one of their employees! No electronics no expensive art, my work Oakleys ! I contacted Delilah and she was great in consoling me but I NEVER got the email to leave a detailed receipt on the situation . Over a week later and I can’t get through to ANYBODY ! manager is never there and never contacts me (I get home only 30 minutes before the office closes) “this is a manger issue because of the level of the matter” I work over 70hrs a... read more
Staff is great, but the property is very run down. My appartment is facing the loop, and it is so loud, I have to wear earplugs to sleep. The laundry room is a mess, filthy, the washers and dryers are nasty as well. They don't water the grass, so it's just all dirt. The apartments are really old, they put fake wood floors in, but didn't lower the base boards, see in the photos. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can move. They also have hidden fees, so the price you see advertised, isn't the price you pay. If you just can... read more
