Our 3rd purchase and by far the worst home buying experience at the hand of a realtor. We found a home we loved while out of state; and we’re randomly paired with her to view the home via Zillow. All documents she sent needed to be corrected multiple times. We constantly had to follow up with her since she wouldn’t give updates otherwise. We couldn’t trust her to answer any of our questions or concerns. I had better communication with and received MUCH BETTER care from our lender.
