It was a terrible experience, my husband waited 6 months for an appointment. She came in the room, immediately acted accusatory, condensending and snarky. We walked out of the appointment when she said "I have no answers!" She knew upset we were so she quickly sent my husband out the back door but I went to the front desk to report her. I then reported her to her supervisor. What a waste of time...
Dr. Tobar performer two different invasive tests on me this week, Her bedside manner is far beyond what you normally have come to expect and her results have given me a new outlook on moving forward. My time with her was during an energency visit to SNHMC so I really cannot comment on her office (at least not yet).
I would never recommend Dr. Tobar to a friend or family member. It takes her two weeks to call in a refill on a prescription, becoming a daily fight. She is insensitive to patient needs, allowing requests to sit on her desk, unaddressed.

Dr. Tobar is willing to discuss any concerns that you may have. She put me at ease before my routine colonoscopy screening and stopped by to go over the results before I left the medical center. The procedure went smoothly (no mishaps) and took less than a half-hour, not counting the anesthesia recovery time. Overall, she's an extremely qualified and empathetic doctor.
She is very knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment.
