I had a terrible experience with Dr. Hoo on my FIRST visit this morning. She was extremely rude and impatient throughout the exam, making me feel super uncomfortable. When I asked a question, she was dismissive and unpleasant. The final straw was when she asked which of the lines on a lens I was able to see, and I told her I could only see a few letters in lines 1 and 2 - her response was basically "that's not what I asked". Worse doctor ever I spend 4 hours sitting the doctor keeps repeating in legal she doesn’t know how to work with special conditions with kids they have special needs the recepcionista they don’t have any education to treat people
1st visit, got in quick. Doc was thorough asking questions I haven't been asked before. Was given a few tests, got a comprehensive explanation about my eye health and sent on my way! Overall a great experience and I'm looking forward to my next checkup!
My son use to come here. I tried to make an appointment for my son again but they said because I had 3 no call no show, they can't see him anymore. It's been like 5 years though! get over it!..
