I see dr hoo every year and receive excellent service. she talks to you and explains what's going on. gives her all for you. she also takes care of my special needs son. he has been seeing her since he was three. it took along time for him to get used to it and finally settle down and relax. she can tell how his eyes are doing even when he can't really guess the numbers, or letter, so I highly recommend her.
