She doesn't return emails and when I called her to ask her why she hasn't replied she started screaming at me. Call me crazy but if I'm paying you for a service I expect you to get it done not yell. Also she made multiple mistakes on the lease and was angry when I pointed them out. She is horrible at her job and doesn't really listen to what you need.
I could not agree more with what the previous person wrote. She actually yells at you when you ask questions (SCREAMS!) , will run out in the middle of your appointment because she needs to be elsewhere AND couldn't be more rude. No one should ever be spoken to this way. EVER. She also never returns your calls or emails so you need to call a million times just to get in touch with her. I would give her zero stars if possible. Negative stars if that was even a thing!
