We’ve been with Dr. Annette for 17 years. Both my teens have been seen since birth. She’s fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable amd well networked in the community.
I love this practice, always makes my family feel welcome and taken care of.
This is one of the worst practices I have ever experienced. For someone who used to go to her and my sister used to go to her when we were children I am disgusted with how they treat parents. She does not make kids feel comfortable. I decided to take both my children there and I was nothing but upset when I would leave this office. I have many experiences that were horrible and sometimes left me in tears but I kept giving them a chance. Absolutely the worst experience with a doctor’s office ever. Rude. Insensitive. Talk about money motivated!
My children have seen Dr. Annette Mackoul for seventeen years. She has a warm personality that puts both parent and child at ease. She has up to date information, asks great questions directly to the patient and listens intently. She spends quality time with you to make sure that you are taken care of. This has been a consistent experience over the years. We love Dr. Mackoul and her caring staff!
Everytime my kids need a referral from the hospital doctors or Er doctors I can't get the referral without seeing dr mckoul first. No matter if my kids are up to date on well visits, shots etc. Some events they would schedule me 2 weeks later knowing my kids have a broken bone. This even my daughter was in ER and broken shoulder. We r leaving for vacation in 2 days and I don't have time to see both doctor offices due to Dr Mckoul need see her before the specialist.
Outstanding service from staff and Dr Mackoul.
Excellent experience at MacKoul Pediatrics. I am a new adoptive Mom and physician and saw DR. MacKoul for the baby's one month visit. Her care has been previously complicated. Dr. St Pierre Mackoul was professional and extremely competent at assessing my child and answered both my "Mom" questions/worries as well as my medical questions. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and flexible. Excellent practice. Separate waiting areas for "well" and "sick" children - wonderful. 5 stars!!
"Dismissed" my children after two emergencies left me needing to cancel TWO times last minute in TWO years?! I had to call to find this out and got the run around from Brianna who never called back and pawned me off to another assistant... Very rude, insensitive and careless way to treat long time clients. Big big let down. Found amazing doctor and blessed that Mackoul's true colors were shown now. A children's Doctor lacking empathy should not be a children's Doctor. Very disappointed.
