Nice pool. I don't like how small the fast lane is, but people are usually nice, considerate, and courteous. I have ran into a Karen or two but usually have good lane swim experiences. I go here almost every weekday afternoon for my lunch break.

The facility is downgraded,the indoor pickleball courts are not the correct size (too short). Most centers in TO the pickleball are free for seniors, they get charged here and the program is only 1 and 1/2 hour long.

My first and last visit to this location the lady at the front was indifferent with me when I asked for a pass for the 1:30pm aquafit class at 1pm. Instead of politely explaining they dont give them out till 1:15. The pool is not for people with mobility issues. The stairs are cut out of the side of the pool. I had a hard time getting in and out. There is a chair that the lifeguards can use to put a person in and out but I really didn't want to have to depend on that. City instructors are very hit and miss. Some are excellent and others don't seem to know what they are doing. More feedback on strokes is needed. A clear plan of what to do in a short half hour lesson is needed so all the time is used well. They need to divide the pool into more lanes and separate swimmers by skill level. Some kids may be in a higher level than others but still swim slowly. Start every lesson with multiple length warm ups in lanes. Separate the lanes by speed/skill!
