As a first time homebuyer, the process was often overwhelming. But Annette was really helpful in making sure I understood everything and made me feel at ease. She was always looking out for me. Even when I brought contractors in for an estimate, she told me that their costs were too high and recommended contractors she knows and trusts, which were much better. Overall, she made the home buying process a lot more bearable and I’m thankful for her knowledge and expertise.

Let’s start at the end. If you’re selling or buying a home, and you haven’t connected with Annette Boggs, you should. Don’t pass “Go.” Call her, immediately :) She’s a phenomenal phenomenal, realtor. She’s thorough, kind, efficient, passionate, and she’ll get you exactly where you need to go. She’ll talk you off ledges if you land on them, she’ll make sure you get the right amount of money for your property, and she’ll do it all with a huge smile and a lot of laughter. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
