Best service ever. Dr. Dix noticed a retinal tear. There was a Retina specialist in house. He evaluated me and treated the problem within 10 minutes. Thank you Grand Rapids Ophthalmology.
All the staff are friendly and accommodating. Dr.Dix puts you at ease, patiently answers questions and is very good at explaining things. I appreciated that they make sure you have your own copy of your prescription.
I highly recommend Dr Dix, she is pleasant and shares information with me to make sure I understand what is going on with my eyes.
