Prompt intake and the people I was in contact with were all helpful, competent, and friendly. Dr. Dix, as always, provided a thorough retinal exam and advised me of the results. I mentioned my usual slow recovery time from the dilation chemicals and she had a solution for that problem that she will employ for my next yearly exam. I have had really good experiences with GR Ophthalmology overall, including a very successful cataract surgery a few years ago. Dr. Dix recommended my surgeon for that operation.

I was concerned about the pain I had in my eye. I called and got in the very same day. The tech was very knowledgeable, explained everything she was doing and why. Doctor Dix checked both of my eyes thoroughly and found nothing wrong. My fears were put to rest. Thanks to GRO for putting the client first everytime.
