I won’t be back. I’ve been going consistently for a year and a half because they do great work and close to my house but the last couple of times I’ve went they left the door wide open as I was nude and this last time I went the owner had a full conversation with the Tram as I was getting my wax. Door wide open, having a conversation as my was out. She even said “relaxing huh”. Extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Mai is the best waxer I’ve ever encountered in my life! I have been getting waxed for about ten years now. I’m so grateful for her, and so is my body hair. It’s been a year. Loyal and happy customer!
It was my first time getting a Brazilian and underarm wax. Anne was very good with making me feel comfortable and trying to minimize pain. She used tweezers to get ingrown hairs and was very thorough. I’ll come again for maintenance. There are great promotions as well!
