I was in town on a family vacation. Anne worked with me and made a walk in happen. All I had was a Pinterest photo and she took the idea and made the cut a reality for me. She knows a thing or two about a thing or two!! Highly recommend.
Horrible customer service. Lack of communication. Rude when we walked in and and was ask what are we here for? Its only obvious a hair cut? Then get told in a rudely manner that she has no time.. Its okay though because if this lady wasn't so rude we would have never found the kind lady down the street at Village Hair Smith.. she did a amazing job!!! (I hope Anne's Salon dont treat there locals like this)
She never messaged me back tried 4 days to get my son a haircut and can never get a message or a call back .
Do not come here!!! She ruined my hair, layers are horrible. I was so trusting because of these reviews but she doesn't know how to cut hair especially curly hair. I asked for layers and she pretty much gave me a bowl cut around the top of my head AND it's UNEVEN. She offered to fix it but I don't trust her trying to fix it (and I'm an out of towner) because she couldn't do a simple layered cut. So when asking for a refund or a partial so I can go somewhere where they can fix it she refused because it's against policy. If I ... read more
This place is in the Stater Brothers parking lot. I came as a walk-in. There was someone available to cut my hair. My stylist was named Heather. She is just wonderful! She took her time to ask lots of questions, and to make sure she was getting everything just right. I love my new haircut and style, she did amazing! This hair salon is on the smaller side, but they had about 4 chairs for hair cutting, and a nail salon table. It was pretty busy for a random Tuesday.
