2 minutes ago I scheduled Rosie's appointment for today 7 weeks ago. When I took her in, they told me it would be about two hours (normally about an hour and a half tops). I came back in 2 hours and found her half groomed in a kennel crying. And another dog on the groomers table. They told me it would be another 30 minutes! WTH! I was furious. I just love Anne's the best and only groomers my sweet Major will ever go to. Had a horrible experience at one place bc I didn't make a reservation in time and needed his hair cut bc we were having a party. And Anne's saw that my poor puppy had been butchered and called me to say that they would work him in to fix it. Believe me I made an appointment that day for his next hair cut at Anne's. Most caring place ever. Major and I love y'all. Thanks so much for caring.
