NOT a good experience. My daughter and neice had a good experience with their techs but mine was ROUGH. Literally rough, even the girls mentioned that when we were leaving. She was upselling the whole time then when asked if I liked them bulled over and not listened to when I asked that some of the LUMPS needed evening out. A walk in mani on a random Wednesday. Service was efficient and quality. Asked questions to make sure I got what I wanted. Would definitely come back next time I need a mani in Liberty lake.

2 stars because the lady/nail tech was kind and had good conversation. I chose the deluxe pedicure, which comes with the addition of a scrub and cooling gel. The pedicure itself was just okay. She did not push my cuticles back or trim them. She seemed to trim dead skin, but when I got home and gave a look, my cuticles need a lot of work. The polish looks nice, but the edges of my nails are not painted and will chip easily. One of my toes is already starting to and it’s only been a few hours..
