The food is superb and never disappoints. The customer service, however, is lacking. Employee was extremely rude and acted like we were a bother to her, even blowing while checking us out, and we were the only customers in the store.
I’ve been eating Anne’s Doughnuts since I was a little girl. I’ve always loved the doughnuts and never had an issue with the service. I recently visited to get a box of a dozen glazed. The lady at the window was very unpleasant. She seemed annoyed by my presence. I greeted her and she just started at me and said nothing. I told her my order and she walked away from the window still not saying a word.
