Horrible service !! Owner was incredibly rude every time we went in and or questioned anything. She ordered all dresses in the wrong sizes for our bridal party and then acted as if it were our fault. We will Never Ever use this place again. Such terrible business practice.

I'm sorry you feel that way. You have not explained the entire issue. The gowns were measured correctly and were ordered according to the hip measurements for the girls. (Why in 5 years that I would get measurements incorrect for an entire wedding party) When you came in I showed you the hip measurements on each girl and how it was ordered according the the designers size chart. We went to look for a prom gown for our daughter,we were at Anne's for about 30mins, tried on two dresses and found the one. The ladys there were really nice and very helpful, which was a relief after going somewhere else and 40 dresses to leave with nothing! We will be going back!

Loved my experience shopping here ❤️ Great variety of dresses to choose from; absolutely amazing prices (I didn't believe her when she said the price of my gown). I instantly felt comfortable walking in & meeting Anne. She is so helpful and accommodating; very devoted to her work; I highly recommend Anne's bridal and Tux to everyone!!

Anne is amazing!! We decided to get married in MA, last minute. She made an appointment with us right away, had all kinds of different dresses and sizes in stock! Didn't take me long to find my dress. She did my alterations herself and in only 3 days, and she is super busy!!!! We highly, highly recommend going to see Anne for formal attire!!!! She's wonderful and made the experience great!!
Anne's is such an amazing place not only are the prices great but Anne herself is amazing. She picked out a dress for me and I tried it on it was the one she has a talent for what she does and she loves doing it. I would go to her again and I would certainly recommend her to everyone. I went to 3 different bridal shops they were all great but she had both the best service and the best prices! Love her and love her store!
