FIND ANOTHER BROKER !! If I could give zero stars, I would. She is completely inconsiderate, unprofessional & unresponsive. ZERO sense of time and a no-show to our appointment for an apartment viewing. Do not do business with her, most of our interactions were over email and she failed to answer questions and provide Basic details about the property. I waited for over 30 minutes and I ended up leaving - completely wasted my time. I’m sure Keller Williams will not tolerate these sorts of business interactions.
Apartment viewing went perfect! The appointment was at 1pm I arrived at 12:15pm. I let her know I was there earlier and she accommodated and came earlier. The apartment was so beautiful and she was so nice to me!!!
Can't actually speak to the broker. You can only speak to her assistant. Wouldn't recommend.
Ms Escarraman is so professional and proactive for our community especially for people who are voucher holders I'd highly recommend this service ☺️
