Didn’t stay due to additional charges not clear when booking online. Based on visual appearance looks like a dive.. messy outdated and appears run down. Terrible position on main road to gain access isn’t clear enough. Staff member wasn’t honest hiding behind a manager that wasn’t there.. and still had authority to give back my more than 80% of one night before staying. Unacceptable practices better places in same block and worth the money.
Door didn’t lock very well . Aircon didn’t work. All draws and cupboards had broken doors. But besides that very good service from the people who worked there they are wonderful . Close to parks and shops was there for 4 days would come again if aircon and door get fixed
Staff were incredibly unhelpful about a missing item. A pair of headphones that had great sentimental value. After several phone calls of “let me check with the cleaning staff”, they finally said they can’t find them. I would not trust this place with valuable belongings.
