Came for my class pass appointment and arrived to a locked and obviously closed location. I called the phone number and texted several times, and the only response I received was "who is this?" via text. Luckily, another salon tech came by called the same number I was calling and clarified that she wasn't coming. Needless to say, I left and had to call Class Pass to cancel my appointment since it had already been paid for. This is no reflection on the salons work, just the miscommunication between class pass and the salon.
