They installed a new air conditioning and heating unit and I’ve had nothing but problems ever since. I hired another HVAC company to investigate the problem and they said they installed it poorly and it also looked like they sold me a new AC with USED PARTS!!!! This company ignored my request to fix any problems and is the biggest scam out there! Luckily, I finally found TURK AC and they came out to fix everything and they did a fantastic job!
My AC is out again and I can’t get a hold of anyone even though I have a warranty. Customer service is not very good. It is 90 degrees today and unbearable. I just bought this last summer so I don’t think it should be breaking down already
