The crew minorly broke something while working on a bigger job--which is totally understandable--but Anne has repeatedly refused to fix it, and the company is now stating that the reason they won't fix it is because we stated our displeasure with the fact that it wasn't fixed. They even made false accusations on the phone. Go with a company that will stand behind their work, not one that refuses to fix things they broke.
Worst experience ever. Charged me $175 for doing nothing. Said will get back to you with an estimate, and never happened. Gave me an appointment to come back and didn't show up.
