Dr. Tenthoff does not meet the level of professionalism I expect from a healthcare provider. I was a patient of hers for several years, followed her across multiple offices, and referred numerous family members and friends to her practice. When I first started going to Anne, I was okay with the plan she had for me. But as I continued to see her I realized she and I were not a good patient doctor fit. I needed a doctor who could take the time I needed and listen to my symptoms and address them properly. I needed a doctor less worried about what the insurance wanted to pay for and more concerned about how to help treat the problem, how to get a proper diagnosis and not just accept a general diagnosis because there was probably too much to rule out. My experience was very positive the first five years, the last five years Ann has been abrupt or evasive in her answers. It is as if she is reading her answers from a script approved by Jefferson AI. The pharmaceuticals that she prescribed me has robbed me years of my life. She promised me that if the prescriptions did not work she would help me through the withdrawal. Her help was suggesting that I take magnesium. When I was in crisis - she left me on unread. Ann, in my personal experience has forgotten human decency.
Dr. Tenthoff and the staff at this office are always so kind. They work on referrals, refills and questions quickly. Dr. Tenthoff is easy to talk to and an expert in many fields. This is everything i could ask for in a medical team.
