I received a call from scheduling last week informing me that the doctor who managed my HRT was no longer at the clinic. My upcoming appointment was rescheduled to the next available day, with the next available doctor at that clinic, Dr. Murphy. As soon as I realized that she was the same doctor who treated my niece so terribly, I requested a new doctor. DO Anne Murphy was extremely professional and easy to talk to about my medical conditions. She provided feedback of condition with a detailed treatment plan. I wish she was my Primary Care Doctor.
One of the best I have been to. She was so understanding with my condition. I would highly recommend.
My experience with Dr. Murphy was extremely disappointing. She did not demonstrate trauma-informed care or create a safe, supportive environment. As a professional working in the mental health field, I expected a provider to approach sensitive topics with empathy, patience, and a nonjudgmental attitude. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
