I love Dr. Mian
I’m gonna tell you strait up that Dr. Mian was good when helping me out in a crisis when I was hospitalized for my mental health issues and got me on the right medication. However, in my experience she was terrible when it came to listening to me regarding my struggles with my medication and other issues. I’m not one to usually write a review but the lack of customer service etiquette this office has is so poor. I tried refilling one prescription & was not able to do so unless doctor authorization because my refill had run out. I called the office to explain and the customer service personnel, Sharon up front immediately says sorry, we can’t do any authorization for your medication until you’re been seen and we don’t have anything for 2 weeks and says “I should have called when I knew I was running out.” (Mind you, I was seen... read more
