Anne-Marie represented us in the recent sale of our California home. She is supportive of our particular situation (out of state seller, tenant occupied), and led us through a complicated process with professionalism, and grace. She was our advocate when issues arose with the tenant, and proactively arranged for an inexpensive insurance policy with legal assistance, which proved invaluable. Hi highly recommend Anne-Marie. She communicates effectively, and regularly, and treats everyone with respect and courtesy.
Anne Marie did a fantastic job in securing our home. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to offer her professional opinions on our favorite listings. Anne was super responsive (with a great sense of humor, too!) and always kept us in the loop on every step of the process. Anne Marie was an enthusiastic and dedicated partner in our home search and purchase. She is a great listener and intuitive in her support. We found a great little house but hit bumps on the other side selling our condo. She was super positive and helpful and frankly kept us from just giving up at times.
