Very bad customer service front/phone office staff. Very dissatisfied looking for another Dr.

Dr. Cole, Is a caring thorough doctor with excellent bedside manners. Unforunately some of her nursing staff seems to lack responsibilty when it comes to good patient care. Here lately I've experienced when requesting medication refills via My chart they will reply in the chart it was sent in ,when it had not been. As a result of this practice I was left without my insulin over the weekend.This happen after requesting this refill 5 days in advance and even after speaking to one of the nurses via phone.
I recently started seeing Dr. Cole as my PCP. I was so impressed with her knowledge and bedside manner that I've since selected her as my elderly mother's PCP. She really listens to your concerns and provides multiple treatment alternatives, including practical things you can do to help yourself without prescriptions.
