I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this foot specialist's office, particularly in the urgent care setting. After being told the specialist would be with me shortly, I found myself waiting in the exam room for over 40 minutes without any update or communication. This lack of respect for my time is unacceptable, especially in a setting where urgent care is emphasized.
