Went to Anne Mai for a couple years. Battled with other doctors to help me. She went out of her way to make sure to find answers. Took about a year and was able to refer me to a secondary location to get tests done. Now that I know my medical condition, I was able to get treatment and help return mostly to a normal life. Went from basically dyeing to being able to live my life! Thanks Dr Mai!!
She abused me and didn’t think anything was wrong with me. Claimed somatic. Put in my chart personality disorder and never considered a genetic test. 10 years later my body is falling apart from a mutation in my HSPG2 gene. Yes I have an extremely rare disease Schwartz Jampel. She should stick to migraines. She is probably the worst doctor in any department I have ever met. When I called her out for lying is when she added stuff to my chart that made it a bit more difficult to get SSDI. You better be nice to her or she’ll ru... read more
