Still on the hunt for a GYN in NoVa. Dr. Gerstner is nice enough but it’s incredibly difficult to get any follow up. I guess the expectation is we read and interpret our own test results? The office is slow and impossible to get on the phone when you have a question. Takes days to get a response in the portal. Would not recommend.
Dr. Gerstner has been awesome by helping to guide me through my healing to solutions that work. I had a procedure with her months ago that she handled with skill and compassion. She then introduced me to the right treatment plan to support my recovery and wellness. Throughout this process she always accesible, and quick to answer my questions no matter how ridiculous I think they may be. In addition, she is attentive and has never dismissed my concerns.
