The office manger, Donna, is extremely rude. She hung up the phone on me today because I informed her I will be seeking care elsewhere considering the office takes too long to get back to patients with appointments. She replied with “GOOD, bye” and slammed the phone on me. Definitely will not be returning.
Nice office
I have been visiting this office for the better part of 17 years. The staff is always kind, gentle and informative. Both myself and my mother have had past issues with other dentists but have found a refuge here. They are very considerate to a patient's pain and comfort level. Dr. Lombardi has a no nonsense approach but is very professional. I have never once felt like I was being talked down to. I can't believe how terribly rude and unprofessional Dr. Lombardi is. Her staff and office are nice but she was completely unwilling to inform me about root canals and actually suggested that I Google it rather than answer my questions.
