My son was in a motorcycle accident and he was referred here by the Mercy ER. When we went in for our appointment, they had only reviewed one of his x-rays so they weren’t aware that his wrist and proximal humerus were suspected to be fractured. They scheduled an appointment for a CT scan in Kansas then realized that our insurance is Missouri so they were supposed to call us back with another appointment.
