I called to cancel an appointment 20 hours before it was scheduled, right as I was beginning to feel ill. I was still slapped with a $100 cancellation fee because it “wasn’t a full 24 hours”. This happened on more than one occasion. No ethics, no concern for the patient or any consideration. The therapy was mediocre at best.
