Wonderful experience
Nitemare,repeadly let her know after cataract surgery That my left eye felt gridy my vision was worse. Last time I brought up the distress I was Feeling regarding the discomfort of my left eye. She replied quote it's your fault. Never went back but got a 2nd opinion. To find out I had advanced stage of Glaucoma!!!! The frightening Is.way she wouldn't tell me and icy way she told me it was my fault. I was diagnosed be a doctor at Nationwide the reference to Az eye institute. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Every time I have an appt it's always over 1.5 hours to see Dr Floyd. My time is just as valuable as hers. When she does finally come in to see me she is rushed and spends maybe 2 minutes with me. Its unfortunate that i had to have 4 post ops. I will not be back nor would i recommend this place to any one. The staff doesn't even tell you that she is running behind. So un-professional. My last post op was a wait time of 2 hours. Was sitting in the office starving and thirsty. Real n... read more
