I see a negative review here for Kaiser as a whole, and that is so unfair, because Dr. Chandsawang herself is a spectacular physician from what I've seen; she is a good listener, practical and effective in her application of the 'art' of medicine, and just a lovely person to deal with. I have been a patient of hers for several years now, and have appreciated her knowledge and care regarding the various health concerns I have brought to her. This institution should disappear... it has the WORST doctor and provide NO mEDICAL service. just a SHAME!!!
My daughter's pediatrician is at this location, everyone is nice. I have not had a bad experience here.
