Dr. Bay is the worst dr we have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Rude and hostile. Not knowledgeable about any of the issues we brought our child in for and was very judgmental. The entire time we felt like we were being attacked. The other providers in the practice are pretty good. She is probably the worst Dr I’ve ever met in my entire life. We see all the physicians at CHOP WC, I had the misfortune of being scheduled with Dr Bay twice. Two of my children are Autistic. Dr Bay made several offensive and incorrect statements about my sons. Ignored my attempts to correct these assumptions and refused to talk about the reason for my actual visit, which was wound care after a bike accident. She suggested I have my son “run on a treadmill towards a bowl of chips” for weight control. “Put locks on the snack cabinets”, “stop letting him eat whatever he wants”, when I ex... read more
Absolutely LOVE Dr. Olivieri. My daughter's been seeing her since she was born and she now 10. My daughter loves her, she's always asking when her next appointment is.
Ingersoll is totally judgmental and I didn’t feel safe talking to her. I left every appointment feeling horrible. Don’t ever go to her.
Absolutely love her. My children have been seeing her since they were newborn , they are now 14,13 and 10 . She’s the best. We truly appreciate her so genuine and caring
Dr. Patel is the pediatrician for our new baby. She has been wonderful in guiding us through these first few months of his life. I'd recommend her highly!

Worst doctor every! Terrible bedside manner for my sick daughter. Made us wait for a few hours and on top of that, he spoke to us through the hall way and did not enter to room to care my child who was crying and screaming! I thought the whole point of being in healthcare was that you know how to care for children and especially sick kids and hopefully the doctors are vaccinated and take precautions? Dr Lee is very knowldegable and very thorough. He is often late for designated time appoitnments. Last 2 times - about 25 minutes late. The most recent appointment was 1st appountment of the day, yet late.
