---(1 year update: The doctor herself is amazing at evaluating and treating pain. She is attentive, professional and personable. I am really glad that I have her as my pain management specialist. The main problem is the long wait after getting into the back room. Bring some crochet, or a book, or SOMETHING to do!!! Very dissatisfied :( The nurse that works there doesn't return phone calls or relay your messages to the Dr., it would take awhile to explain in detail about all of that. I have fibro and several back issues and have been taking hydrocodone for several years. I was switched to morphine pills, which didnt work for me at all, and i let the nurse know the following day. Total crap, they have moved people so don't try the Vestal address, they are in binghamton, they also don't take Medicaid, Medicaid people, unbelievable, and then she has the nerve to say that she tried to contact us, what telepathically, you have our numbers and email and address, I do not recommend this place
This doctor is a complete whack job! Reminds me of the movie Misery!
