The staff was nice. And the visit was easygoing and quick, which was excellent.
Dr. Fischer seems very arrogant. During our last visit I had come to my last straw with her rudeness and rushing to get thru the visits. My family had been patients at her office with another physician (Who was amazing and saved my oldest daughters life) and we returned to the office looking for that same physician, however they told us he had left and they had this doctor for us to see. My 16 month old require surgery to remove a Branchial Cleft Cyst and as you can assume, I was beside myself. Prior to surgery, Dr. Fischer treated his cyst infection. I couldn’t say nicer things in regards to the genuine concern and care of my baby. They made special accommodations to work around my schedule. They called me on their personal phones to follow up and check in. And on surgery day did their absolute best to calm my nerves and put me at ease. My daughter had a scar on her arm that needed to be removed but we needed to know that it wouldn't grow back. Dr Fischer went into detail about what the scar was, she wanted to test it, went into detail about the surgical procedure, and has been the most helpful with the healing process. She is the go to Dr for pediatric surgery
She was amazing. She was very kind with my son and she did a wonderful job on his surgery. Her staff was constantly in touch with me after surgery. Is a very pleasant place ????
My son had many medical issues , we had an evaluation appointment today, unfortunately we had a negative experience with Dr Fisher, she was in a rush. She didn’t take time to listen our concerns, it’s seemed that she was not taking my son’s situations seriously. My youngest son has genetic issues too. We visited many specialists all the time. My son has had an umbilical hernia since birth and was recommended by his pediatrician at 3 months to see Dr. Fischer to determine if surgery was necessary. At our visit, we were welcomed by several staff members- all very pleasant and knowledgeable. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Dr. Fischer & her nurse practitioner, Roberta Torres, were amazing with the treatment & recovery involving my son who was one at the time of his procedure!
The doctor is excellent and her staff are very pleasant.
