Anne lined up a LOT of houses to show us when we were in town during the start of our buying process. She was able quickly pinpoint what homes we might like to see after showing us the first 3 on her list - quite impressive and saved us a lot of time during our searching process.

Anne handled the sale of our one home and the purchase of our existing home. Her professionalism was excellent, her advice and counsel were exactly right and she handled the negotiations with the seller of our existing home in a very impressive manner with a somewhat difficult seller. I would not think anyone could find a better realtor to use.

A friend referred me to Anne Brownlee last year when I was ready to begin the hunt for my first home. Anne is a real pro. She has great insights about the real estate market, particularly the College Park area. She works long and hard hours to make her clients very happy. I am one of those. She sold my condo in 1 day and I purchased my new home with her being my realtor in less than 30 days. She is fun, flexible and has a great sense of humor. She really gets to know her clients and identifies the right location and home that will make them very happy. Keep up the great work, Anne!

We chose Anne based on other reviews here, and we're glad we did. From the beginning, she was pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. She worked with us for months to find the perfect home. When the home buying process got rocky, she stuck with us and supported us all the way through the closing. She was extremely responsive, even staying in communications when out of town. We love our new home and we love College Park, and are pleased to have Anne as a neighbor.
