I had the absolute best experience finding my dream dress at Anne Barge! My stylist, Helen was amazing at helping make my vision come to life. I never felt rushed, and she genuinely cared about making sure every detail was exactly what I wanted. She walked me through the appointment with patience and expertise, making the experience feel so special. I can't recommend Anne Barge and Helen enough!
Poor Customer Service Experience Given the reputation of Ann Barge dresses, I expected outstanding service starting with the initial encounter. I booked an appointment on line as my phone call was only returned with a text directing me to do so (and pay a fee). The next day, a rep from the ATL store that did not identify themselves texted to reschedule that evening wear appointment. Then we texted back and forth. We were blessed to have Demi as our consultant! She was absolutely fabulous. She was incredibly organized and efficient. She interviewed my daughter briefly and was able to suggest and pull her top choices. She listened to our feedback and patiently brought Madeline dresses and veils accordingly. My daughter was able to try on almost 10 dresses in the hour’s appointment period. There are so many amazing choices in dresses, so that made it more challenging.
