I recently visited Anne Barge to find a custom Black Label Anne Barge gown for an upcoming Ball, and Helen was so lovely and helpful. After learning my style and needs, she helped me choose a number of gowns to try on. The professionalism with which I was treated was exceptional, as she was at the ready to zip, clip, and give an honest opinion. I settled on a gorgeous gown, and was so happy with the service and selection that I referred a friend to Anne Barge the next week!
I had the most amazing experience at Anne Barge! My stylist, Helen, was truly incredible. She was so patient and kind, and made the whole experience unforgettable. I seriously cannot recommend Anne Barge enough.

Poor Customer Service Experience Given the reputation of Ann Barge dresses, I expected outstanding service starting with the initial encounter. I booked an appointment on line as my phone call was only returned with a text directing me to do so (and pay a fee). We were blessed to have Demi as our consultant! She was absolutely fabulous. She was incredibly organized and efficient. She interviewed my daughter briefly and was able to suggest and pull her top choices. She listened to our feedback and patiently brought Madeline dresses and veils accordingly. My daughter was able to try on almost 10 dresses in the hour’s appointment period. There are so many amazing choices in dresses, so that made it more challenging.
