I've been very happy with this Capital Womens Care office and especially Dr. Shrout. She's efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She won't linger, but if you have questions she will answer them completely. The front office is well run and friendly as well.
I want to express my sincere appreciation for the care CWC has provided. After my OBGYN retires, I was recommended to Dr. Shrout, I’m so glad I followed that recommendation. Dr. Shrout and the front desk staff are amazing. They have a wonderful way making me feel comfortable during my appointments. Horrible experience. Appt was 11/21/24. When reviewing my file, and dr Shrout mention my epilepsy, she used finger quotes!! I was appalled and shocked. So disrespectful !! Tried to contact the office several time and was disconnected. Don't go to this office!!!@
