Very disappointed. Saw Dr. a couple of months ago ref to a second Lazer surgery to break up kidney stones. Was told by Dr. Suku he needed to speak with my cardiologist. Saw my cardiologist 2 weeks ago and was told she has not been contacted. Drove to appointment last Friday and was told appointment was cancelled. This is after calling them the week before to verify my referral was still good for a CT scan before my appointment. RecommendedThis medical group has taken such great care of me in the few weeks I've been with them! They have recommended things that my prior urologist never suggested. I am so grateful for how they have their medical office set up. They truly understand women's issues with UTI’s.
I have a difficult case that has required several surgeries and follow up visits. Because of this, I have interacted with several of their doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, anesthesiologists, and staff. I am so glad my primary care physician sent me to this practice. Everyone has been so kind, caring and dedicated to making the best decisions to fix my issues. appointment was right on time excellent care
I’m so frustrated with Anne Arundel Urology. When we called to schedule my husband’s vasectomy, they said we needed to come in for a required pre-op consultation. We checked to make sure they took our insurance, and we thought the consultation would be free because it would be covered by insurance under the Maryland mandate. Dr. Schwartz and his staff deserve 6 stars not 5. There is not enough words to express how pleased I am with how my dad was treated today. Professionalism, patience, knowledge and good old fashion kindness is what we received. We left reassured and calm. Thank you to all at AAUC. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone in need of care.
