Cindy Barbe. The worse receptionist you could have ever hired. One of the rudest and incompetent people you could ever encounter, Worse place to go for an emergency if you're not a WHITE person. A shame to Anne arundel county. 3 hours in a waiting room with no help and no one even knows who the charge nurse is. Had miscarriage because they literally aren't doing their jobs. First let me start by saying that my 18 year old autistic son was having surgery for the first time. What an amazing experience!!! Starting with our nurse Jodie!!! She was so caring and made my son comfortable from the start! And took the time to call me the next day to check on him!!! And they blew my mind when it came to his IV. Instead of making him a human pin cushion they called the IV team and they did a sonogram of his arm to find a vain and stuck him one time!! Above and beyond after an injury a the gym I went to another area hospital where I was sent home with some muscle relaxers.After the pain got worse I had a friend drive me to Arundel where they took the proper measures and did scans to find a very serious injury. They scheduled me for surgery that night and fixed my spine. They kept my family aware of every step and including my surgery and recovery. Felt in good hands all staff were very friendly and helpful and respectful.

This place is GREAT! Every nurse, doctor, staff member, and volunteer performed incredibly well and they were all incredibly efficient. I underwent spine surgery today and the experience could not have been better. They were constantly checking on my well-being and ensuring my pain was mitigated.
