Awesome experience! PA Taj Richardson and Ms. Michelle were Amazing! Super friendly professional and knowledgeable. The front desk staff were awesome as well. So many great things to say about them but I'm trying to keep it brief. All of my questions were answered and it felt like I was among family! I highly recommend this office! Colette
Fine doctor but horrible front desk answering system and scheduling.
Dr. Best tried to rush me out of my appointment. I was asking skin related questions and she cut me off to say we would discuss it at my 3-month follow up. Mind you, I couldn’t have seen her more than 10 minutes max (it was likely less). From then on, she continued rushing and her responses were very short. It’s so rude and petty to make your patients feel like a burden. I would not recommend her to anyone. I gave 2 stars because the front desk staff was friendly and the check in process was easy.
