Dr. Christina Clarke was great! She connected very well with my child. She was helpful, effective, and informative. The front desk receptionist was very kind too.
While the providers are great this company is very challenging to get someone on the phone. Furthermore, I had an appointment today and waited for roughly 30min. Asked the front desk about the delay and informed them that I was running out of time and had to get back to work in 15-20min. The receptionist simply refunded my copay. I thought she would have at least apologized and looked into the delay.
