it took them 25min past my appt time to call me back. Enough said.
After waiting nearly a month to get an appointment, I went to the wrong building (next door), called and told them that I would be 5 minutes late - they said that was ok and I had a 5 minute grace period. When I arrived they told me I would have to wait an hour because I was late. While I was checking in, literally 5 minutes late, they tried to call me to reschedule. So, then I had to sit an hour listening to employees talking about personal stuff and what was for lunch. Definitely one star so far :-(
They do everything right here. Someone has clearly put thought into how to make their patients have a good experience and get the necessary care. Office is accessible. You park and go straight to the elevator to floor 3 and turn right down the hall. The front desk staff are helpful and kind. And the medical staff are knowledgeable, experienced, and explain everything clearly. I see Mercy Viator who is wonderful. The whole team is very good. I will always go here and recommend to anyone
First time at a dermatologist. Everyone was friendly. They were efficient and explained everything detail.
I never give reviews unless there is something BAD and after a fiasco this past month I need to share because there’s SO much to unpack and I’m so frustrated.
