When you sign on to their site to enter the information, they switch you over to a "payment center" which puts a 5-6% service charge on you bill and which you will only find out about when your credit card statement arrives. It is nothing more than a clever way for Anne Arundel and their partner, DOXO to cleverly gain more revenue at your expense.
Service was terrific but a billing question arose. Impossible to have someone pick up the phone or return a call. The Doctors are great and all went well until I had to pay the bill. They should be ashamed of themselves
