Virginia dermatology in Norfolk was terrific however Annarundel affiliates call center was awful. I was on call for 30minutes. Then I request a particular practitioner and was told to wait for another 15 minutes for her to come back and say it was all arranged. When I got to the office it had not been arranged. The actual office was very. Understanding and accommodating and should get 5 stars especially Tiwana L.
very good care My husband was a patient here before insurance changes. He had great experiences with the doctors and the office staff. Everyone was very professional, and very friendly. They take their job seriously, and everyone is very efficient. They are great with follow up and scheduling appointments. We would continue to use them if our insurance hadn't changed!
