Had a great experience at the Owings Mills office. Dr. Gainers was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend.
I went to see Madeleine Gainers for an acne issue last thursday. The appointment was very rushed but that’s not my main concern. She prescribed me two medicines which she said would be available at my pharmacy that night and told me she would give me a hydrocortisone cream on the way out. She forgot to give me the hydrocortisone cream (waited in the office for ten minutes) and it’s now Wednesday of the next week and my pharamacy has received NO prescriptions from Dr. Gainers.
I left feeling very discouraged. Dr. Noell is one of the worse professionals I’ve ever been too. Really wasn’t helpful at all. I wish I would’ve seen another doctor in the practice. Very clinical and cold feeling after leaving
My husband and I, together, saw Dr. Selph. She was friendly, warm and engaging. Also, beautiful. We felt very at ease with her as she explained what she was doing as she was doing it. We didn't feel rushed at all. Office staff was very friendly and professional.
It was very convenient to be able to download and complete the medical history forms prior to my visit. All staff members were very professional. The office was clean and pleasant and I was seen in a very timely fashion. Dr. Garcia was everything I had hoped for in a doctor. She was extremely pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable and welcomed all of my questions. Thank you Ann Arundel Dermatology.
